by Paveenasuda Sriphaya Visit Date:April 21, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "The front desk is nice. Hotel certainly need renovation as the carpet smell not so good when we first step out to our floor. The room is clean and service staffs are nice and quick response. The breakfast is the great with variety of food. Hotel facilities such as pool and fitness gym closed a bit too early." |
by Fredriksson Stig Visit Date:April 17, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Nice hotel, with a big room facing the sea. Very close to the beach. Nice and helpful staff. Lots of restaurants close to the hotel." |
by Khun Thanthita Thitijirapa Visit Date:April 14, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Although the rooms were full booked, the staff still provide good service with their smile. Recommend if you have limited budget, this hotel can reply your need (with perfect location just across the street, you can see the beautiful beach)." |

by Mr Colin A Redknap Visit Date:March 10, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "This is our third visit to Cha am and our first stay at this hotel. We found the whole visit exceedingly satisfactory. The rooms, the facilities and the food was we found to all tastes and very well cooked and presented. The staff at all levels were most pleasant, helpful and most polite and a credit to the hotel. The only down side was having to leave after a most pleasant and relaxing holiday, but we shall return in 2011 and that is a promise." |

Passable, January 19, 2009 by Antony Codd Visit Date:January 11, 2009 "A tired and dated budget hotel in need of refurbishing. A lot of staff did not appear to understand the English language and had difficulty explaining or answering queries. The resort itself is a dead alive hole with absolutely nothing to do or see.Everything seems to close by 2200hrs.It appears to be popular with Thai s visiting on a week-end for their BB Q s on the beach and most restaurants tend to be catering for Norwegians. Not a hotel or resort I would visit again." |
Fast response and helpful, January 5, 2009 by Khun Pimnapa Amaritworachai Visit Date:January 3, 2009 "Nice Service. All staffs are friendly and helpful. Rooms are very spacious, with clean balcony ----- VALUE FOR MONEY.The hotel is very near the beach, just cross a small beach road. Moreover, it s surrounded by shops, food stalls and restaurants--- VERY CONVENIENT." |
Very good no porblem., January 22, 2009 by Per Westerin Visit Date:December 14, 2008 "It is a good hotel, but for the money I have expekted a litle bit more. The staff are very nice and helpfull." |
December 2, 2008 by Klaus Kramlovsky Visit Date:November 18, 2008 "Good Hotel. Clean and well equipped rooms, excellent breakfast, nice staff, good beach service. The hotel has only two disadvantages:1. The architect has designed the rooms in a way, that on 70% of the rooms, the toilet flushing of the next room is sitting exactly in the wall where the bed head of the other room is. 2. The close by Cha am Methavalai offers even better value for money. So book there if available." |
This time I was charged to much. I had to complain and refer to the special deal of one free extra bed during low season. After doing that, no problem., October 9, 2008 by Conny Engstrand Visit Date:September 27, 2008 "Big and nice hotel with very good and nice staff. Had conferences for Thai companies as well. Pool was not so big, but enough for children. Close to the beach. Breakfast very good for Thai people and acceptable for European. I got sick first day, but I put than on my own account on not beeing careful enough (propably the sallad sauce)." |
Wonderful as usual: We really appreciated the complimentary massage at the hotel spa., September 22, 2008 by Girish Subramaniam Visit Date:September 20, 2008 "Service was great. Location very nice. Close to beach. Hotel has its own beach umbrellas, so that helped. We ate breakfats at the hotel since there are other decent restaurants on the street. Breakfast buffet was good. Since we are vegetarian, we would have liked to see more vegetarian items on the menu. Spa staff and services were superb." |
Booking service was excellent and replies were all on time and quick. We will surly book our future trips with you again., July 23, 2008 by Arash Dehghan Visit Date:July 17, 2008 "We live in Bangkok and It was a nice experience for us to be away and stay at LongBeach Chaam hotel. We took a family room and it was very clean and much space for our two children to play and move around. Nice shower and comfortable beds added to our pleasure there. We hope to go there again." |
